Bremerton Black Market Volunteer Sign- Up

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the Bremerton Black Market on Quincy Square! This exciting event happens Saturday, May 2, 2026, 11am - 5pm.

We need about 21-27 volunteers and we are thrilled you are ready to help. To volunteer, we need about 2 and half hours of your time. There are 4 shifts to choose from and you will find all the details below.

6:00 am - 9:30 am: Vendor Load-in Crew (Help vendors set up) 4 volunteers

6:00 am - 9:30 am: Check-in Vendors, Sound and DJ (Help manage check-ins, answer vendor questions) 1-2 volunteers

8:20 am - 12:30 pm: Stage manager (manages entertainment schedule, performer Liaison, helps with performer logistics) 1 volunteer

8:30 am - 11:30 am: Floater (Assist as needed) 1 volunteer

10:00 am - 1:30 pm: Info Booth Attendant (Help attendees and vendors with questions, lost and found collector) 1 volunteer

10:50 am - 2:00 pm: Trash and Recycling Crew (Help keep event clean) 1-2 volunteers

Shift 2: 12 pm - 5 pm
