Vendor Load-In: 8:30am – 10am; late arrivals risk losing their slot.

Food Trucks: Enter on South 4th Street for setup.

Vendor Load-Out: Begins at 5:15pm unless pre-approved by Bremerton Black Market.

Slot Assignment: Done within 24 hours prior to Bremerton Black Market.

Vendor Equipment: Vendors responsible for setup equipment.

Vendor Canopy Tents: Limited to 10’X10’, must use weights for stability.

Vendor Slot Occupation: Only registered vendors allowed in designated areas.

Cancellation Policy: Written notice required at least 48 hours prior for credit towards future markets.
